Ralph's Car & Tractor Services

5 stars isn't enough! We worked with Jason, he was honest, provided us options and explained everything throughly and in a way we could understand, and timely! We picked the truck up good as new! Service like what we experienced at Ralph's is hard to find!

I brought my vehicle in & asked for a specific repair, I was happy with the price & service, except when I received my bill there was a $80.91 charge for a vehicle inspection. I was never asked if I wanted it. Joe told me it was to make sure my vehicle was worth the repair. I talked to Jason & he seemed okay with charging me for a service I didn't request or even was told about. He said all shops charge for that service. I bet they ask first. I was charged an additional $103.00 for shop supplies on a $1200.00 dollar bill. I think that's a bit high. I won't be back! .

Ralphs took a complex and difficult repair and delivered ahead of schedule and the estimate was greater than the bill. Jason and the crew exceeded my expectations and I am grateful to recommend them.

I did not have a very good experience with Ralph's. After spending nearly $4000 dollars on a problem they diagnosed. The problem with my vehicle still persists. I rescheduled for them to look at my car again and they decided it was a low priority that day and did not get to looking at my car while it was there. I feel I wasted my time bringing my car to Ralphs and I wonder now about what I was charged to fix a problem with my car that remains a problem with my car. There's a word for people like this... I wouldn't let Ralph's work on a wheelbarrow.

Very nice people to work with. Honest, upfront explain everything that needs to be done with cost of repairs and labor before doing it. Which is great no oh crap I cant afford that surprises. Choices are yours as to what you want them to fix or save for a later date
